MIX 98.7 BIG BILL PAYOFF RULES & REGULATIONS
1. All entrants to any contest both agree to participate in the contests and obey the rules by their participation. Entries will be by On-air and On-line only.
2. All prizes must be accepted as awarded. Mix 98.7 will pay each weekly winner, from a random drawing, funds towards winner’s house note or rent up to $1000.00 Contest will run for 8 weeks October 15th through December 7th. Names called out at 7:40 on Friday mornings will have 9 minutes and 8 seconds to call 601-995-0987 to claim their money. Any time limits are specific to the time reflected from the radio broadcast exclusive of streaming. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
3. Winners must be 18 years of age or older, or have signed permission of parent or legal guardian to accept the prize.
4. Owners and employees of New South Radio, Inc., their affiliated companies, their advertisers, and immediate families are not eligible to enter or win.
8. Prize winners will execute this release form, sign a W-9, provide a photocopy of legal document showing Social Security Number, in exchange for receipt of prize.
9. I have entered the contest at my own risk, and hold forever harmless New South Radio, Inc., (dba WJKK-FM/Mix 98.7 and The Radio People) it’s advertising or promotion agencies, their agents, owners, officers, employees, affiliates and assigns for any claims, losses, injuries, accidents, misfortunes, or causes of action arising from or in connection with participation in any contest and/or acceptance of the prize.

11. Only one person may enter any contest per written entry form. No “Duos”, groups or teams will be allowed to enter together. Any ties, disputes, conflicts, questions or concerns regarding radio people contests and/or their associated prizes will be handled by the New South Radio, Inc. whose decisions are final and indisputable.
13. There may only be one winner per household per thirty day period. Should a household win more than once in a thirty day period, all prizes, etc. won after the first prize will be forfeited.
14. Winners must use their true, legal name when playing contests or claiming prizes and may not win any contest under an assumed name. Winner will be disqualified and prize forfeited if they are found playing under an assumed name or alias.
15. New South Radio, Inc., is not responsible for any disconnection of a participants telephone call due to local or long distance company’s failure, power company failure or any other act of God.
16. New South Radio, Inc. retains the right to amend these rules and regulations at any time for any reason and the decision of management staff or judges appointed by WJKK, is final.
